I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practicing in Oregon.

I specialize in providing therapy for individuals and couples who want to improve their lives and connect more deeply in their relationships.

I encourage healing through various therapeutic modalities including EFT, DBT, IFIO, and interventions such as authentic embodiment, connection, humor, love and engagement with the things that bring you joy.

I am also a certified yoga and meditation teacher and share these practices with the community and clients.
