This can be used in conjunction with other therapies, or on its own. Private and/or group mindful movement (asana) sessions can help you regulate your nervous system, gain new skills, and live embodied.

Ongoing community class offerings and private instruction. 

Mindfulness

Meditation & Breathwork

This can be used in conjunction with other therapies or on it's own. Based in principals pulled from DBT, MBSR, pranayama/breath-work, Zen, and Vedic meditation practices, you will learn how to create and cultivate a meaningful personal practice to help you stay grounded, curious, and inspired.

I completed the Sacred Fig 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in Bali, Indonesia. 


I currently teach yoga and mindfulness classes for individuals, couples, and the community based in the lineage of the four paths of yoga (Karma, Bhakti, Raja, Jnana) and the Yoga Sutras. My teachers include Jason Crandell, Stephanie Snyder, Tony Lupinacci & Ashton Brandt.
